OK…YOU MADE THAT NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION…NOW WHAT?
Well, January has flown by and now FEBRUARY is almost over––and you haven’t even started! Are you wondering how you are going to fulfill your New Year’s Resolution about living a healthier lifestyle? It can be overwhelming…trying to make better choices about what to eat, finding time to exercise the way you know you should…it seems to be a recipe for failure.
The best thing you can do is to…take small steps toward achieving your healthy lifestyle. Forget those grandiose claims of no more high calorie foods EVER or the promise of working out seven days a week––instead, set smaller goals like eating less fast food or working out three times a week. Then, after you’ve been successful, set higher goals.
